Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and arrange for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
